SHC SUPERSTARS
Don’t forget tonight is part II of SUPERSTARS at training (ice’d off last week)– this week its keepy uppies* – and there will be another in couple of weeks time (event to be announced).
* rules of this weeks challenge. Two players from each team will have to pass either a football (using feet, head, knees etc) or a hockey ball (sticks only please) between the two of them without it touching the floor. Each pair is allowed a maximum of three 1 minute 30 sec attempts

LOST MY SHIRT!
No – not talking about latest poker night …. I’m missing away shirt numbers 15 & 16. These went missing somewhere between the M2’s and the mixed. I need these returned to me immediately please (bring them to training, post em, bring em round – whatever) – just get them back to me – or the set is rendered useless.
